On Monday, October 25, first and second grade musicians attended the Austin Symphony Orchestra's annual Halloween concert. Prior to attending the performance, students listened to the music they were going to hear at the performance. We also learned The Ghost of Tom. While at the concert, students were accompanied by the orchestra while singing the folk song. Students in attendance had rave reviews about the experience!
- "My favorite part was hearing the music from The Wizard of Oz. I liked the way it sounded."
- "I liked when the broom sticks went up and down during The Sorcerer's Apprentice."
